In 2004 I was in a gay club on a Saturday night. When I went to use a urinal my eye caught the advertising poster placed directly in front of me. It was a promotion for condoms and the slogan in large lettering was "Ribbed for her pleasure."
No doubt the marketing executives had sold the manufacturer on this as a great tag line to sell more of their product.
But they forgot to take their audience into account when buying placement in a gay bar.
